What Optimizing the Mind-Muscle System Means
Weight-lifting and exercise can be a tedious chore we just push through, focusing only on stimulating the body area of choice for the day. In my career as a coach and trainer, I have found this to bring about mediocre success in people’s strength and fitness gains by increasing the risk of injury and ignoring areas of chronic pain and discomfort. My fitness programs are designed to bring your awareness inward, to the ways in which your unique body responds to movement and stimuli, allowing gains in foundational strength which in turn generates outward resulting in healthier movement patterns capable of overcoming chronic pain and fitness plateaus. With a more mindful training experience you can reach your fitness and well-being goals.
